Go to https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/?lang=xu If you don’t remember your log in or password, select the “Forgot Password” link. There you can type your e-mail address associated with your account to have your password Reset. Once you have retrieved your log in information, please email it to us via this Form

Google Places

Steps:

Start by going to http://business.google.com/

From there you will need to log in with your Google/Gmail Username and Password

Once logged in you will need to search for your Hotel by name

Once you locate your Hotel – Click on it.

It will now either let you Claim your Business Page or it will tell you that “Someone else has already verified this listing”  In that case you will need to click the button to “Request Ownership”

Once you have claimed the page, email us your log in credentials to support@myhotelreputation.com so we can start managing that account.
