Package Descriptions

Our Basic Package incorporates our entire team which will actively work to build your reputation.  This includes a Reputation Specialist to monitor and manage your online reviews, a Social Media manager to maintain your Facebook fan page, and a Client Relationship department to get you set up on all relevant sites and optimize each.
This includes:

  • Property placement and account set-up We will ensure your Hotel is is setup and optimized on top review sites as well as online social networks. In addition, we will help you create accounts which need set-up and/or claim and retrieve account log in details for any which are already established.
  • Review Management with Response| Online channels will be monitored weekly with a specialist team that responds to guest reviews on your behalf.  When reviews need management input or attention an e-mail will be sent to management prior to proceeding.  Responses to reviews will be monitored weekly and responses may take several days to post online. For Rapid Response/Management of Medallia or Revinate with a Designated Specialist choose Hotel Advantage. 
  • Monthly Metric reporting This package includes Monthly reporting which depicts your rating and ranking on top review/booking sites will will help you evaluate which areas need improvement. This allows you to take corrective action promptly and proactively.

The Hotel Advantage Package incorporates an entire team which will actively work to build your reputation.  Not only will your designated Reputation Specialist monitor and manage your online reviews but also your Social Media manager will maintain your Facebook fan page and our Client Relationship department will get your hotel set up and optimized on all relevant review and social platforms. This package include Negative Review Filtering – PRO. We will systematically work with you to direct positive reviewers to post their comments online while redirecting negative feedback offline to be addressed by you and your Specialist.

 

This includes:

  • Social Media Enhancement | Social Media manager utilized to create or optimize your Facebook Business page and Twitter page.  They will post news or events you send on your social channels,  create a direct booking link to integrate into your business page as well as a TripAdvisor review link.  Monthly you will receive reports outlining the progress and improvement of your fan and follower base.
  • Negative Review Filtering | We set up a custom review page for your property. You will be able to then request that your Guests review the property by email blast and via Review Reminder Card. Positive reviewers are redirected to post online while guests with negative feedback are redirected to share their feedback offline with you and your Specialist to be addressed personally.
  • Email Campaigns| Share any content/promotions or news with us along with your database and we will create a custome email campaign which we will send out for you to encourage repeat business.
